If the standard rod that comes with the rotisserie isn't long enough to fit across your bbq or fire pit you can replace the rod with a 6mm stainless rod. You can get these from most steel suppliers. If this is not possible let us know and we can supply you with one.

The Wild rotisserie runs on 4 AA batteries. With good batteries it should last about 60 hrs. It can hold up to 5-6 kilos.

If your using a round webber you will find the rotisserie will walk around the bowl one way. To elevate this you can do one of two this.

1. Change the batteries around, this will make it walk the other way and maybe hit up against the lid?

2. Get a metal alligator/binder clip. Clip this onto the bbq and put the shaft through the hole.

You get a cover, grill and some Wild Wax.The bowl is pressed 6mm thick high carbon steel. The frame and head unit is made from heavy gauge steel and then high temp powder coated. These things will last a lifetime. We use Wild Wax to protect the bowl which are bare steel.

The bowls are raw high carbon mild steel 6mm thick! They are not going to fall apart! They will rust over time though if you don't look after them, We provide you with some Wild Wax which we recommend putting on your bowl every few months. The wax gives the bowls a medieval armour look about them which we love. You can also just put cooking oil over your bowl regularly just like seasoning a wok.

If you get any scratches or marks in the powder coating you can just touch up with a Pot Belly Black spray can. You can get these from your local hardware store.
